Frequently asked

Payment questions

Clear information about the A$5,000 program investment.

What does the program cost?

The program costs A$5,000 AUD and The Guild absorbs card fees. The numbered invoice confirms the accepted cohort, inclusions and accountant-approved tax wording.

What are the payment choices?

Choose A$5,000 upfront or A$2,000 upfront followed by ten weekly A$300 instalments. The first weekly instalment is due at cohort start.

Can I pay by bank transfer?

Yes. Card payments are verified through Stripe; bank transfers count only after Guild Staff confirm the funds. Extra payments reduce the oldest due amount first and can pay the plan off early.

When does Student access begin?

A valid form and verified upfront payment confirm enrolment and assign a seat if capacity remains. Onboarding, classes and documents open before the course; lessons release from the cohort start schedule.

What happens if an instalment is overdue?

Automatic card charges retry on overdue days 1, 3 and 6. At seven full days, only lessons and their attached resources are restricted until verified payment makes the account current.

What if I cancel or The Guild cancels?

The Refunds & Cancellations Policy explains withdrawals, deferrals, missed sessions, Guild cancellation and consumer-law remedies. Refunds are reviewed and executed by Staff; they are never automatic.
